I had a fine stay at the Holiday Inn in Glasgow. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of shops and attractions nearby. My room was spacious and comfy, but I did have some issues with the bathroom ventilation. The breakfast was a standout; I was really impressed with the variety offered, though it was a bit disappointing that it wasn't included on my award night.
Rooms

The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable. I found it quiet, despite being near the elevators, but the bathroom had poor ventilation that left a mildew smell after my first shower.

The staff here were friendly and welcoming. They even made me a breakfast box when I had to leave early, which showed their commitment to good service.

I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn - Glasgow - City Ctr Theatreland. The location was perfect for attending the concert, and I found the hotel beautifully decorated and comfortable. However, my experience at breakfast was disappointing, as the service lacked attentiveness. Overall, I'd return in hopes of a better breakfast experience next time.

My room was lovely and clean, featuring comfortable beds and a tasteful décor. However, I did experience some issues with the heating, as the room was initially quite cold and the small heater had problems, which dampened my first night.
Service

The reception staff, Kris and Craig, were really good—friendly and helpful, which made my check-in smooth. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff didn’t provide the same level of service, appearing disinterested and neglecting to bring my request for tea.

The hotel's central location was superb for my trip, as it was just a short walk from the concert hall and nearby attractions, making my stay all the more enjoyable.

While the breakfast buffet offered a variety, the service quality diminished my experience. I enjoyed other meals during my stay, but breakfast definitely needs improvement to match the rest of the hotel.

I had a pleasant stay overall, with a great location that made it easy to explore Glasgow. My room was clean and comfortable, but it was a bit on the small side, which might not be ideal for longer stays. The breakfast spread was decent, although it could use a bit more variety. The staff were wonderful, always friendly and attentive.
Rooms

My room was clean and comfortable, but a little small for two people, especially with a tiny bathroom. I appreciated the USB points and the soft duvet, but the room's dark decor felt oppressive.

I found the breakfast to be the low point of my stay. There was a long queue to be seated, and when I finally did get to my table, the coffee and juice were cleared away before I could even return with my food. The quality of the offerings was disappointing too.

The hotel had good amenities overall, and the cleanliness was great. However, the air conditioning in my room was incredibly loud, which detracted from the comfort of my stay.
